CHILD SAFETY
Our concerns are for the safetyn of your children.
Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the Salon.
Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly while unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child-proof.
We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety Policy.
DEPOSITS
A Deposit of 50 % is required to book an appointment.
This deposit Is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If the client does not wish to proceed with the appointment before 24 Hours, the deposit can be credited for a future appointment. This deposit MAY NOT be used for other services.
CANCELLATION FEES
In order to accommodate all clients wishing to be seen, our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Should you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance.

Clients that fail to show will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Clients that cancel less than 24 hours, can be rebooked for the same service with the same provider.
TOUCH-UP POLICY
For clients seeking touch-up on pre-existing work, a consultation with one of our estheticians is required. Once your esthetician approves the treatment, your service will be booked.
